PRAISE THE LORD.

Hi All,

It was a boring sermon at church today. Though I liked the WORSHIP part as I am actively into the Choir Part(playing drums).

The Pastor made us understand about the Worship Part. According to him th e Worship has medicinal effects on your body.

• According to him,even if someone debates the existance of Holy Spirit, but the time that we are in a state of TRANCE wherein essential harmones from our body secrete that provide immunity to our bodies.


• As King David mentions in Psalms that "I will worship the most high with the instruments of Ten strings". This instrument that he is referring to denotes our hands with ten fingers. When we are clapping ur hands, we ignorantly activate or press the Accupressure points which according to the Science of Accupressure has got medicinal benefits.


• We most of the time sing at the top of voice, in which we inflate our lungs more than we usually/normally do. This agains strengthens our lungs.


• We sing at the top of the voice getting the voices from our throat/stomach....which inturn ges strengthened in the process.

So lets PRAISE THE LORD more and more for our spiritual upliftments and off course for your good health.
